Â鶹Éçmadou

Transitions

We appreciate that moving between schools and between Key Stages can be tough on both students and parents, so, with a little help from some of our students, we have put together the following insights.

Joining us from Junior School

Welcome to Â鶹Éçmadou and we hope that you enjoy seeing what Â鶹Éçmadou is like! We like to think that it's a great place. To give you a better idea, here are some comments from some Year 7 students. It can seem daunting coming here from Junior School, but it's not really and everyone tries to make the move to Â鶹Éçmadou as trouble-free and exciting as possible.

Moving into Key Stage 4 (Year 10)

In the January of Year 9 you will have started the Options process and you will now be looking forward to starting Year 10. Key Stage 4 is a really exciting time at Â鶹Éçmadou because not only will you be able to concentrate on the subjects that you have chosen, but there are extra opportunities available to you such as Ten Tors, The Duke of Edinburgh's Award and many more; this is a time when you can really fly and be part of the many excellent and wide-ranging activities that we have on offer. Here are some students explaining how they have found Year 10.
